My therapeutic philosophy centers on the belief that understanding our emotional landscapes and relational patterns is an ongoing process. My style is warm, direct, and empathetic. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, panic, grief, and relationship challenges.
I've received specialized training in couples therapy and am passionate about helping partners improve communication, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and navigate conflict with greater understanding. I work collaboratively with clients to create an environment where difficult emotions can be experienced, understood, and integrated in ways that foster authentic connection.
Drawing from psychodynamic, relational, emotionally focused, and somatic therapies, my practice integrates evidence-based approaches with mindfulness techniques that honor the wisdom of the body and the importance of present-moment awareness.
