Most clients meet weekly for 45-minute sessions. Depending on your needs and goals, some clinicians may offer the option to meet more or less frequently (e.g., twice a week or every other week). This can be discussed during your consultation.
Most sessions are 45 minutes and typically occur on weekdays, though availability varies by clinician. We’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
We accept credit cards and Venmo for payment.
Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions related to safety (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, or mandated reporting of abuse or neglect). Your clinician will review the specifics of confidentiality with you during your consultation or first session.
Yes. Several clinicians at our practice provide letters for gender affirming medical care using an informed consent model. We aim to reduce gatekeeping and write letters in alignment with WPATH Standards of Care. If you’re seeking this support, please include that in your consultation request so we can connect you with the right clinician. The cost of the session will align with that clinician’s standard fee structure.
